Support

You are noton your own.

What CentCom, our corporate support team, carries for an owner — and the parts nobody can carry for you.

What you get

A VETS owner runs their own metro, but not alone. CentCom, our corporate support team, carries the national accounts relationships, chases commercial receivables, runs training and onboarding, and keeps the technology platform working. What we are obliged to do is written into Item 11 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.

The support model

Six thingswe carry.

Not a help desk. These are the specific areas the corporate team owns so an owner does not have to build them from scratch.

What CentCom, the corporate support team, carries CentCom sits at the centre, connected to six support areas: national accounts, accounts receivable, training and onboarding, the VETS360 technology platform, direct access to the founder and corporate staff, and Glide Path milestones. What support covers, not how much of it you get. The obligations that actually bind us are the ones written into Item 11 of the Franchise Disclosure Document. Read that, not this.

What each oneactually means.

Each area CentCom covers, in plain terms. Where the FDD sets the rule, we point to it rather than paraphrase it.

  • National accounts

VETS holds relationships with multi-site property management groups. Where their properties fall inside your metro, that work routes to you rather than being won one job at a time. How the work is assigned is set out in the FDD.

  • Accounts receivable

Commercial accounts pay on terms, which means somebody has to chase them. Corporate does that, so a new owner is not choosing between running crews and collecting invoices.

  • Training and onboarding

A kickoff with CentCom, system and platform setup, a welcome call with corporate staff and existing owners, then training before you open. The binding description is Item 11 of the FDD, not this paragraph.

  • VETS360

The technology platform owners run the business on: quoting, booking, dispatch, routing, invoicing, follow-up and reporting in one place, rather than five tools you have to integrate yourself.

  • The founder and corporate staff

Direct access, not a ticket queue. We are a young system with a small number of owners, which is a real limitation in some ways and an advantage in this one.

  • The Glide Path

A staged roadmap of milestones from launch to a mature operation, with corporate carrying named responsibilities at each stage. We walk through the stages with you during discovery rather than publishing a version of them here that the agreement would not match.

Straight answer

What supportwill not do.

Every franchisor describes its support in the best possible light. Here is the other half, so you can price it into your decision now rather than in month eight.

You own

Nobody else can do these, and we will not pretend otherwise.

  • Hiring your crews, and letting people go
  • The standard your crews work to
  • Local selling and local reputation
  • Day-to-day scheduling and the truck
  • Your own cash flow and working capital

CentCom owns

What Item 11 of the FDD obliges us to do is the binding version.

  • National account relationships
  • Chasing commercial receivables
  • Training and onboarding
  • The VETS360 platform
  • The brand, and marketing it nationally
Not included

Anyone to run it for you

Nobody is coming to hire your crews, hold your standards or make your calls. Owners tell us hiring and letting people go is the hardest part of the first year, and support can coach that decision but cannot take it.

Included

A system and people who have done it

The playbook, the platform, the accounts, and a corporate store in Charlotte that runs the same model so the guidance comes from operating rather than theory.

What the first year looks like

Verify it

Do not takeour word for it.

Support is the easiest thing for a franchisor to describe well and the hardest for a candidate to check. These two items are how you check it.

  • Read Item 11

It lists what the franchisor must do, as opposed to what it says it likes to do. If something on this page matters to you, find it there.

  • Call the owners in Item 20

Current and former franchisees, with contact details, without us on the line. Ask them what support was like in month three.

Why our FDD has no Item 19

Next step

Let us talkabout your market.

Tell us where you are looking. We will tell you straight whether the metro is open, what it would take, and whether we think it is a fit.

Not ready to talk? Get the franchise guide first

A person replies, usually within a business day

Not an autoresponder sequence, and not a call centre reading from a script.

Fourteen days with the FDD, minimum

Federal law gives you at least that long before anything can be signed. We treat it as a floor, not a target.

We will tell you if it is not a fit

Both directions. We are deciding too, and we would rather say so early than waste a year of yours.
