The offering disclaimer, the state notices, and what the absence of an Item 19 means.
PENDING COUNSEL. This is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer is made only by a Franchise Disclosure Document, and only in states where VETS is registered or exempt.
PENDING COUNSEL. VETS does not make financial performance representations. Its Franchise Disclosure Document contains no Item 19, so no information about actual or potential revenue, profit or earnings appears anywhere on this site.
PENDING COUNSEL. State registration notice. The list of states, and the wording required in each, comes from counsel — never from this file's draft text.
What no Item 19 means
Item 19 of a Franchise Disclosure Document is where a franchisor may make a financial performance representation — any statement about actual or potential sales, income or profit. A franchisor is allowed to discuss those figures only if they appear in Item 19 and have a reasonable basis behind them.
The VETS Franchise Disclosure Document contains no Item 19. So we publish no revenue, profit, owner pay, payback or return figures anywhere on this site, our team does not quote them in conversation, and you should treat any such number attributed to us as unauthorised.
That is a limit on us, not on you. Item 20 lists current and former franchisees with contact details, and you are free to call them and ask whatever you like.
Why there is none yet
VETS is a young franchise system. A financial performance representation must have a reasonable basis, and for a franchise that means operating history across enough locations to be fair to the person reading it. We do not have that yet. We are building that record now, and working toward an Item 19 in our 2027 Franchise Disclosure Document. Until an FDD carries one, everything above holds without exception.
Next step
Let us talkabout your market.
Tell us where you are looking. We will tell you straight whether the metro is open, what it would take, and whether we think it is a fit.
A person replies, usually within a business day
Not an autoresponder sequence, and not a call centre reading from a script.
Fourteen days with the FDD, minimum
Federal law gives you at least that long before anything can be signed. We treat it as a floor, not a target.
We will tell you if it is not a fit
Both directions. We are deciding too, and we would rather say so early than waste a year of yours.
